Shipping Methods and Time

Here are some of our shipping practices:

  • All orders shall be processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours from Monday to Friday only Excluding Public Holidays
  • Cancellations shall be made within 12 hours upon placing your orders
  • We are not open on weekends and public holidays
  • In order to track your parcels, please refer to your email for tracking details. Contact us if you cannot find it.
  • Shipping Partner – DHL, Ninja Van, J&T

During Peak Season or Special Events, the transit period may be delayed to more than 5 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is any significant delay in the shipment, our team will contact you immediately via email, messages or call. Thank you for your understanding.

Missing or Lost Package

Please inform us immediately if you found out that your package is missing or lost during the transit. Our team will further the investigation and update you as soon as possible.

Return Policy

15 Days Satisfaction Guarantee is honored to offer you a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee return policy on all purchases of our items. If you are ordered or received the wrong item/defect/non-functioning item, you may contact us within 15 days to arrange for a return and refund.


1.    15 Days Refund/Exchange Criteria

Customer may only apply for the return and/or refund of the Items in the following circumstances:

(i) The item has not been received by customer after 14 days from the purchasing date. Proof of delivery needs to be provided.

(ii) The item received is incomplete (e.g. missing quantity or accessories);

(iii) The Items received does not match the agreed specification or is materially different from the description provided to the Customer on Items Installation Note;

(iv) Items are in RESALABLE condition. This includes original packaging, original user guide or manual (if any). All items must be re-packed to it’s original arrangement.

(v) The Items received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered); and

(vi) The Items received is faulty (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended);

Please Take Note:

All return, exchange and refund made for order fulfilled and delivered within 15 days; the shipping cost will by ZEOX.ASIA if the error was on our side, otherwise you shall return the item as your own cost.

However, ordered fulfilled and delivered after 15 days, the return shipping cost will be borne by you. You may proceed to your preferred courier services provider, and obtain a delivery receipt and tracking number to track your return package.


2.    Warranty Claim Criteria

Warranties are usually between 1-3 years. Please check your warranty period before claim.


3.    Return Process / What To Expect

Note: All application must be submitted to ZEOX.ASIA and subject to ZEOX.ASIA’s discretion and approval. Applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Customer ’s application is successful.


Proof Of Purchase

After making an order, you will be able to receive an email on the purchases whereby you are able to find the Order ID Or it could be found on our website “My Orders”.


  • Before returning the goods, the customer needs to send supporting pictures and videos as evidence to us within 15 days of the item received.
  • Once we have checked and confirm the goods/items, the customer will receive their refund within 3-5 working days after the confirmation.
  • In the event that the goods were faulty or were sent out by mistake, we will bear the cost of shipping.
  • If the goods were ordered by mistake or otherwise, there is a 3% non-refundable transaction fee that will be retained for administrative reasons. Shipping fees will be borne by the customer for the returning goods and the supply of the new ones.


When ZEOX.ASIA receives an application from Customer for the return of the Items and/or refund, applications shall be responded accordingly within a 24 – 48 Hours


4.    Warranty Coverage

All Warranty Period for each and every of our items will be provided in the item pages, that comes with limited warranty coverage. That includes manufacturing defects such as out of the box parts, materials and workmanship EXCLUDES wear and tear parts.

Customer may request for a return and refund, OR 1-to-1 swap a new unit with us.
Items to be refunded or returned should be in the resalable condition, that includes the box, accessories item itself. Any man made damages, improper use of items will not be tolerated.


6.    Refund Process

Items will be refunded if:

(1)The returned goods/items will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good and resalable condition.

(2)The item/s must be unused and the packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received and in a resalable condition.

(3)No damage or physical sign of use with the items.

(4)No damage or labels attached to or marking on, the box that was delivered in.

(5)No missing parts such as charging cable, or anything else which came with the items.

(6)If the goods/items have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

(7) The funds will be returned to customer via direct bank-in.
